Have a companion or two you would like to conquer your fitness goals with? The same level of service and expertise in a 1 on 1 environment is just as accommodating with a buddy or group. Each will receive individual assessments and analysis with tailored programming but will be mixed in with your workout partner(s).

VIRTUAL TRAINING

Accomplish your fitness goals virtually. 1:1, buddy, small group, and classes are all offered in an online setting. This service includes a complimentary 15 min phone consultation to discuss goals and any special criteria, one free online session to test drive the online training experience, and a brief and affordable list of suggested equipment. Minimal space needed and Zoom required.
